The project is located in Hedu Village, Heng River, Huizhou. It is a resort area integrating ecotourism, agricultural experience and leisure vacation. The main building of the project is rebuilt from the discarded primary school buildings. The project is school-enterprise cooperation in social charity which is leading participation by C&C DESIGN CO.,LTD.

The Design advocates the harmonious relationship between man and land, respect for the ecological civilization of land, do not do new town, do not Peach Blossom Spring, must to do poetic dwelling under the modern civilization, while avoiding excessive business and impetuous and low-end homogenization of development.Nature and simplicity constitute the tone of the entire site, leisure and tranquility is the soul here, local ecology and farming culture is the life here, is the site of the most valuable resource.We hope that through our efforts, let the design to meet livable ,play and visit at the same time, re-lit here faded rural vitality gradually, to explore the possibility of rural revival of modernity.

Heduli Paddy Hotel --Pure natural B & B, stay in will be able to feel the frogs voice, flowing springs in the mountains, rice fragrance, lotus breeze, star moon . It is 18 km from here to the Luofu Mountain 5A-class scenic area , the hotel covers an area of 4,000 square meters, 30 different styles of farm-themed rooms and 3 single-family villas embedded in rice fields or hillside, one-stop restaurant, multi-dimensional office.Viewing smoke in the morning, visiting agricultural park in the afternoon, strolling country greenway the evening, like bamboo fishing, jungle shuttle, mountain crosscountry, wildflowers bridges, and visit the seven sages of the bamboo grove, shaking the boat down the river, enjoy the moonlight and sea of flowers, living in the mountains between the pure villa, romantic spring all in brow fundus.

There are big joyous lawn, through the maze array, focusing on the starry sky arena, challenge the limit of training camp, people and nature, heart and heart, so far, so close. Poems said: Play in Luofu Mountain, love in our pu yulan; Live in heduli, the immortal also vain.

헤둘리 패디 호텔 

중국 광둥성 후이저우에 위치한 이 건물은 생태 관광과 농업 체험, 다양한 여가 활동을 포괄하는 리조트 단지로, 리노베이션을 통해 폐교된 초등학교를 학교-기업 간의 사회복지사업으로 재탄생 하였다.

건물은 대지 간의 조화로운 관계와 토지의 생태 문명(유교·도교·불교에 기반을 둔)에 대한 존중, 새로운 랜드 마크나 건축물 혹은 이상향, 복숭아나무(중국에서는 복숭아나무를 신비한 존재로 여김) 등이 없이도 시적인 거주(하늘, 땅, 성스러움, 그리고 인간이 평화롭게 살아가는 이상적인 상태를 뜻하는 하이데거의‘ 시적인 주거(poetic dwelling)’라는 표현)가 가능하게 하며, 과도한 상업화와 저렴하게 보급된 디자인을 지양하였다. 이곳의 자연과 단순함은 건물 부지의 전체적인 톤을 조성하여 여유와 평온함을 갖게 한다. 지역의 생태적인 조건과 농경 문화는 이곳의 삶이자 가장 중요한 자원이다. 우리는 최대한의 노력으로 만족할만한 거주 공간을 디자인하여 사라져버린 농촌의 생명력을 서서히 되살리고, 더 나아가 지역의 현대화에 공헌하고자 한다.

방문객은 호텔에서 머무는 기간 동안 개구리의 울음소리를 비롯해, 산에 번져가는 봄, 쌀의 향기, 연꽃잎 바람, 그리고 달과 별을 경험하고 느낄 수 있다. 이곳은 뤄푸산의 5A 등급(중국 정부가 부여하는 최고 명소 등급) 지구로부터 18km 떨어진 곳에 위치하며 총면적 4,000m2의 면적에 30개의 각각 다른 유형을 가진 농업 테마의 객실을 보유하고 있다. 논밭과 언덕에 위치한 3개의 가족 별관과 직접 연결된 레스토랑, 다용도의 사무 공간도 함께 갖추고 있다. 아침에는 안개를 보며 오후에는 농경 공원을 방문하고, 저녁에는 시골 산책로를 거닐며 대나무 낚시와 정글 셔틀, 산악 크로스컨트리를 경험할 수 있다. 또한, 야생화 다리를 건너 죽림칠현을 만나보거나 강류를 따라 흔들리는 배를 타고 하강하기도 하며 달빛과 꽃밭을 감상하거나 순수한 산속 생활, 봄볕의 낭만 등 다양한 경험을 향유할 수 있다. 미로와도 같은 드넓은 잔디와 별들로 가득한 하늘, 극한의 수련 등 인간과 자연, 마음과 마음은 멀고도 가까운 법이다.
