타일의 우아함을 담은 집
집의 바탕이 되어주는 마감재는 공간 전체의 분위기를 결정짓는다. 자연석의 온기를 간직한 타일은 뛰어난 내구성으로 다방면에 활용도가 높은 건축 마감 재료인데, 디자인과 컬러 선택지가 넓어 개개인의 취향을 반영한 매력 넘치는 공간을 완성할 수 있다.

 

현관은 대문을 열었을 때 집 안의 분위기를 가장 먼저 마주하는 곳으로, 세밀한 디테일을 담은 화사한 베이지 톤 타일을 선택해 집 안 전체를 관통하는 안온하고 세련된 감각을 엿볼 수 있게 연출했다. 기존에 고립되어 있었던 주방은 구조 변경을 통해 집의 구심점이 되는 대면형 주방으로 변신했다. 다이닝 룸과 거실을 바라보는 주방 배치는 온 식구가 자유롭게 소통할 수 있어 가족 간의 관계를 더 가깝고 단단하게 엮는 정서적인 역할을 수행한다.

 

욕실은 사용자의 취향이 오롯이 드러나는 공간이다. 거실 욕실은 기존의 평범한 구조를 탈피해 널찍한 세면 공간을 갖춘 호텔형 욕실로 변신했다. 벽과 바닥, 세면대를 하나의 톤으로 통일해 공간이 확장되어 보이는 것은 물론 럭셔리한 분위기를 자아낸다. 부부 욕실은 정교한 베인이 포인트인 그레이 컬러의 타일을 사용해 깊이감 있는 분위기를 조성했는데, 샤워 부스는 유리 파티션으로 답답하지 않으면서 청결하게 사용할 수 있다.

 

다용도실 창문 앞에 단상을 만들고 드라마틱한 한강 뷰를 보며 하루의 여유를 즐길 수 있는 휴게 공간을 마련한 점도 돋보인다.

A home that captures the elegance of tile
The finishing materials that form the basis of a house can set the tone for the entire space. Tile, which retains the warmth of natural stone, is a durable and versatile architectural finishing material, and with a wide range of design and color options, one can create an attractive space that reflects his or her personal style.

 

The entrance is the first place you encounter when you walk in the door. Here, light beige tone tiles with fine details were chosen to create a sense of comfort and sophistication that runs through the rest of the house. With some structural changes, the previously isolated kitchen has been transformed into an open kitchen that is the center of the home.The layout of the kitchen facing the dining room and living room allows the entire family to interact freely, playing a role in building relationships and bringing the family emotionally closer.

 

The bathroom is a space where the client’s personal style is fully revealed. The bathroom connected to the living room has been transformed into a hotel-style bathroom with a spacious wash area. The walls, floor, and vanity are unified in one tone, which not only expands the space but also creates a luxurious atmosphere. The couple’s bathroom uses gray tiles with elaborate veins to create a sense of depth, and the glass partition of the shower booth allows for cleanliness without feeling closed.

 

The platform space with a resting area with dramatic Han River views in front of the multipurpose room window is another notable feature.
