Beautiful and precious ‘hands’ gather together and get together

A community working space was planned for the historical and site significance of the Changshin-Sungin area and the use of buildings for local residents. It should be used over a long period of time, reflecting the opinions of local residents as the most important.

Considering the surrounding situation, the size of the building was planned and the surrounding landscape was considered to prevent contrasting with the surroundings through materials of achromatic composition.

Considering the characteristics of communal facilities, we planned the open space for the residents. By using the characteristic of the cue block, the space of the light is planned by opening and closing the cue block to add the space richness.

아름답고 귀한 ‘손’들이 모여 함께 어울리는 공간

창신숭인 지역의 역사성과 장소적인 의미, 지역주민을 위한 건축물의 용도로 주민공동작업공간을 계획하였다. 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 사용해야하는 만큼 지역주민의 의견을 가장 중요하게 반영했다.

주변 현황을 고려하여 건물의 규모를 계획하고, 무채색 계열의 재료를 통해 주변과 대비되지 않도록 주변 경관을 고려하였다.

공동이용시설의 특징을 고려하여 주민들에게 열린 공간의 진입마당을 계획하였다. 큐블록의 특성을 이용하여 큐블록의 열림과 닫힘으로 빛의 공간을 계획하여 공간의 풍부함을 더하였다. 또한, 주변 낙산자락 경관을 고려한 건물의 형태 및 노출콘크리트의 재료적 표현으로 조화로운 경관을 연출하였다.
