On the South coast of Sri Lanka in the Hambantota district located Kalametiya which is the oldest bird sanctuary on the island. Almost endless virgin coastline adjusts to a calm and peaceful holidays among the bright fauna and flora of the island of Ceylon. The name and identity are designed in combination with the architecture and interiors of the hotel. One of the principles was the preservation of all large trees.

Two lines of hotel rooms go around the palm trees growing on the site almost closely approaching its borders. At the principle of the number modules lie a rectangle dissected by a diagonal. And due to the displacement of the number modules relative to each other and the use of rotation by 90 degrees, it was possible to achieve an ocean view from almost all rooms.

The cross suites on the ground floors additionally have access to private gardens. ‘Pixel’ pool is placed in a strict relationship of Parallels and perpendiculars of the two lines of the hotel rooms. One of the features of the hotel is the unique layout and interiors of each of the 15 rooms. The interiors of the rooms used almost the entire palette available on the island of wood : teak, kempas, mila, sapa, coconut palm, mahogany.

부티크 호텔 란카바타라 오션 리트릿

호텔은 섬에서 가장 오래된 조류 보호구역인 칼라메티야(Kalametiya)에 위치한 함반토타(Hambantota) 지역의 스리랑카 남부 해안에 있다. 천연 그대로의 끝없는 해안선은 세일론(Ceylon) 섬의 생기 넘치는 동식물과 보내는 고요하고 평화로운 휴일에 적합하다. 이름과 정체성은 호텔의 건축 및 인테리어와 함께 디자인되었다. 디자인 원칙 중의 하나는 모든 커다란 나무들을 보존하는 것이었다.

두 줄로 늘어선 호텔 객실은 대지에서부터 경계 가까이 뻗어 나가는 야자수들로 둘러싸여 있다. 숫자 모듈의 원리로 대각선으로 갈라진 직사각형이 있다. 그리고 숫자 모듈 사이의 이동과 90도 회전으로 거의 모든 방에서 바다 경치를 볼 수 있다. 1층에 있는 크로스 스위트룸에서는 개인 정원에 추가적으로 접근할 수 있다. 픽셀 수영장은 두 줄의 호텔 객실이 만드는 평행과 수직의 엄격한 관계에 놓여있다.

호텔의 특징 중의 하나는 15개 방마다 독특한 레이아웃과 인테리어가 있다는 것이다. 객실의 인테리어는 티크, 케파, 마일라, 사파, 코코넛 야자수, 마호가니 등의 나무로 섬에서 사용 가능한 거의 대부분의 팔레트를 사용했다.
