The One Suite Hotel is situated in Srebreno, half way between Dubrovnik and the Cilipi airport. It is a meeting place for the local residents and a new focal point of Zupa Dubrovacka, representing an added value in a lively business and commercial zone of the town, available to everybody, not just hotel guests.
Eighteen accommodation units of varying structure are placed on two floors, with commercial and catering facilities integrated into the ground floor and the reception area. There is an infinity pool surrounded with a sunbathing deck on the roof. The hotel offers a tailor made experience for guests with a green & healthy lifestyle: a gym, massage pool and a special gastronomic concept in the “Lokal” restaurant and bar. All meals feature locally sourced foods produced by family owned farms. The bar serves local wines and kraft beers. Electric vehicle power station and a modern conference room are located in the hotel.
The client developed a unique “One Suite Hotel” app that, besides standard options (internet access, hotel check-in and check-out) allows unlocking of doors and guides the visitors through the entire facility. There is also a possibility to view running and walking trails for recreational use in the Zupa area.
High quality natural materials have been selected for the interior design: clean lines and lighter colors in accommodation units and darker tones in public spaces. 3LHD cooperated with Prostoria on the furnishing, a large part of the furniture bears the Croatian design signature. The author of visual identity, signage and environmental graphics design is Orsat Frankovic from Flomaster. Main feature of the interior design is Art in One, a concept of collaboration with prominent Dubrovnik artists. The hotel is a kind of art gallery that will affirm the art scene by exhibiting local artists and their creative energy. The authors of the exhibited artworks are Ivana Pegan Bace, Viktor Daldon, Tina Gverovic, Marko Ercegovic, Ivana Jelavic, Ana Opalic, Ana Pozar Piplica, Luko Piplica, Ivana Drazic Selmani, Slaven Tolj and Ivona Vlasic.
The hotel facade was made of plaster with a glass granulate additive to achieve a gentle glittery/silver effect. Landscape design, conceived by Ines Hrdalo, is based on a selection of indigenous greenery and the preservation of existing old olive trees.
The project was financed under the European Regional Development Fund. The total value of the project is 25,698,546.86kn, and the co-financed amount is 9,385,495.08kn.
Dubrovnik와 Cilipi 공항 중앙 Srebreno에 위치한 이 곳은 지역민의 만남의 장소이자 Zupa Dubrovacka의 새로운 중심지로 마을의 활발한 상업중심지에 새로운 가치를 대변한다. 호텔 손님뿐 아니라 모두에게 장소는 열려있다.
다양한 구조를 가지는 18개의 객실이 2개 층에 분포되어 있고 1층과 로비에 상업시설과 식당이 자리하고 있다. 옥상에는 선베드에 둘러싸인 인피니트 수영장이 자리하고 있다. 호텔을 방문하는 손님들을이 건강하고 친환경적인 생활양식을 경험할 수 있도록 호텔에서는 체육시설과 마사지 풀을 제공하고 있고 특별한 음식을 경험할 수 있는 Lokal 레스토랑과 바가 위치해 있다. 모든 식사는 가족 소유의 농장에서 생산된 지역 생산물로 만들어 진다. 바에서는 지역에서 만들어진 와인과 수제 맥주를 제공한다. 또한 호텔에서는 전기자동차 충전소와 최신 컨퍼런스 공간도 제공한다.
건물 소유주는 독특한 'One Suite Hotel'라는 어플을 개발하였다. 이 어플은 인터넷 접속, 호텔 체크인, 체크아웃 같은 기본적인 기능뿐만 아니라 객실 문을 열어주기도 하고 호텔 전체 공간을 안내해 준다. 또한 Zupa 지역의 산책로를 볼 수 있기도 하다.
인테리어 디자인을 위해 고급 천연 재료들이 사용되었다. 객실에는 매끈한 선과 밝은 색이 그리고 공공 공간에서는 어두운 색감이 사용되었다. 가구는 3LHD과 Prostoria이 협업하였다. 많은 부분에서 Croatian의 디자인 특징들을 찾아볼 수 있다. 시각적 특성, 신호 체계, 환경그래픽디자인을 계획한 사람은 Flomaster의 Orsat Frankovic이다. 인테리어 디자인의 주요 특징은 'Art in One'으로 유명한 두브로브니크 예술가들의 협업이 컨셉이다. 호텔은 일종의 미술 갤러리로 지역 예술가들의 작품을 전시하고 그들의 창의적인 에너지를 표현할 수 있는 미술계가 될 것임을 단언한다. 전시된 예술품의 작가들은 Ivana Pegan Bace, Viktor Daldon, Tina Gverovic, Marko Ercegovic, Ivana Jelavic, Ana Opalic, Ana Pozar Piplica, Luko Piplica, Ivana Drazic Selmani, Slaven Tolj 그리고 Ivona Vlasic 이다.
호텔 파사드은 부드럽게 반짝이는 은색 느낌이 날 수 있도록 유리 낟알 첨가재가 추가된 플라스터로 만들어 졌다. Ines Hrdalo가 계획한 조경 디자인은 토종 식물들의 조합과 기존에 있던 오래된 올리브 나무들을 보존하는 방향으로 진행되었다.
프로젝트는 유럽 지역 개발 펀드에서 지원하였다. 프로젝트의 총 발주금액은 25,698,546.86kn이고 협조 융자금액은 9,385,495.08kn이다.
